Custom comments cost 25 cents each at every size. So there's no trick where the small pack quietly costs double. So pick the size that suits the video and ignore the "save" badges.
Is it even possible to buy YouTube comments? Yes, plenty of sites sell them, us included. Whether it's safe is the better question, and the answer has three parts.
We only need the video link and an e-mail for your receipt. No Google login and no channel access. Handing over a login is how channels get stolen, and no comment service needs it. If a seller asks for yours, close the tab.
